Moderator here at Anger

Hi everyone,

I'll be moderating here at the anger forum in The Inner Realm.

Hopefully it won't turn out to be a place to shout at each other but I'd love to share suggestions on how to manage anger, any tips picked up in therapy or elsewhere as well as your own stories on how you went through, and coped with the red mist.

Please remember, that although here at The Inner Realm we are all here to help each other, we won't tolerate anger being directed at each other.
