On Monday morning I'll be at the doctors finding out if I have CFS.

I don't know whether this is a good or bad thing!

I'll finally have a finite reason as to why I feel so rubbish all the time... but at the end of the day CFS is untreatable.

I think, overall in a strange way I'm just asking that I get the 'right' diagnosis, whatever that may be.

So Monday morning, can I take some of your time for a few positive thoughts please?

What's worse is that I don't think I'm gonna get any sleep tonight!
