| I chose meditate. I don't believe that I can possibly be MORE relaxed than during and after meditation. Then it's usually sleepy-time. | |

| I'm in the 'relax what is that?' category.
Rather amusingly, I have a phobia of touch and deep breathing (which is a first for my psychologist. Lol. Not the touch one, but a phobia of deep breathing, especially for the purpose of relaxing).
When I feel my body start to relax, it sets my teeth on edge and can be a trigger. So my body is usually running on some form of 'work' or 'sleep' mode. Any 'in between' I have tends to be flashbacks.
I probably get a few moments each week where I actually relax while conscious. I don't think they last more than a couple of minutes each. It usually involves patting my cat.
Probably why I'm so burnt out, and chronically ill all the time. Yay PTSD!

| I had to vote for watching a movie / tv.
When I need to relax, I find I need to put my problems on the back burner and get engrossed in something else.
The other thing I do is craft. I cross stitch or knit or scrap book.. something to keep my hands busy and my mind occupied - usually does the trick.
